Recent Project

In the context of the acquisition of a large Belgian bank, one of our managers took over the team responsible for the daily economic P/L reporting of Trading, ALM and Treasury activities and ensured undisrupted and high quality delivery during integration period and transition to systems, tools and processes of the acquirer. The job required continuous reporting to senior staff and C-level.
